1. Install the Windows app
Choose the x64 or ARM64 installer for each PC on the download page. Install on both the host and controller.

From installation to connection
Prepare both PCs, sign in and connect.
2. Sign in and start hosting
Create an account and sign in on both PCs. Start hosting on the remote PC and check its power and sleep settings.
3. Connect to an online PC
Choose your computer in the controller app. The website manages computers and access; remote sessions open in the native app.
4. Troubleshoot connectivity
Check both internet connections, host status and app versions. Check firewall permissions. Restricted corporate networks or double NAT may need review by your network administrator.
