Inquiry details support responses; order and license records support payment verification and access. With consent, analytics aggregate counts by date, language and event without storing email or user identifiers in metrics.
Purpose

Traffic handling
The server does not relay or store media, input, audio, or control payloads. It only processes metadata needed to improve direct UDP quality.
Retention
Data is retained while the account is active and deleted when no longer needed unless law or security obligations require retention.
User rights
Users may request account information review, correction, or deletion. Security-sensitive requests may require identity verification.
