The server checks ownership, sharing and organization roles. Organization features require a valid Teams or Enterprise license.
Direct connectivity
Screen, audio and input travel directly between devices. Networks that block direct communication may not connect. Test the actual environment before deployment.
Compliance and contracts
SSO, SCIM, SOC 2 certification and SLAs are not advertised as included features. Discuss specific support, retention and security requirements before contracting.
Report a vulnerability
Submit the affected version and reproduction conditions through support. Do not include other users' data or secret keys. Keep the inquiry reference for follow-up.
