Host identity or session trust failed

Review the checks below, then retry the action that failed.

What to check

Verify the host identity and session authorization. Do not bypass certificate verification.

  1. Read the failed stage and detailed reason in the error window. The same code can require different device or setting checks.
  2. Host checks apply to the PC you are connecting to. Client checks apply to the PC you are connecting from.
  3. Check one item at a time and retry. If it persists, prepare the details below and contact support.
This code identifies where a failure was observed. It does not by itself prove a faulty device or a firewall block.
