Check the host encoder runtime and driver; retry with supported resolution, codec and HDR settings.
- Read the failed stage and detailed reason in the error window. The same code can require different device or setting checks.
- Host checks apply to the PC you are connecting to. Client checks apply to the PC you are connecting from.
- Check one item at a time and retry. If it persists, prepare the details below and contact support.
This code identifies where a failure was observed. It does not by itself prove a faulty device or a firewall block.
